Does Prolexis Make Penis Thicker

Castle Peak (354 meters) is a mountain of extraordinary uniqueness, not only prehistoric caves hold 4 world relevance, but also for their characteristic conical shape and its location on the village of Puente Viesgo.

Its name comes from an early medieval fortress that existed at the top, where he subsequently built a small chapel dedicated to the Virgen del Castillo, and now a large cross. The climb to the summit altitude modest but really spectacular panoramic advisable for all visitors to Puente Viesgo.

The climb begins at Puente Viesgo in the La Llana, which is reached by going up the road towards a Burgos until reaching the hill, where we will turn right into a lane that links the neighborhood. We go up to the end of it, ending the asphalt in a house. The road continues to the left to arrive immediately at a crossroads: on the right step on the road to the caves, we continue to the left, by a narrow, leafy alleys.

A while later you reach another fork similar: the right to immediately leave the caves road, we climb to the left, a path with flights of stairs that leads to the parking lot of the prehistoric caves of Puente Viesgo, the Castle first.

now have to descend about 200 meters down the road, left to find the beginning of the road up to the summit. A zig-zag saves the steepness of the hill, among lush vegetation, almost completely around the top with magnificent views and changing the Pas valley encased in this section and above the broad valley Toranzo.

The road leads in the last mile to a trail marked with stakes that leads to the vantage point is the summit of Castle Peak (354 meters) with a cross, a small shrine and early medieval archaeological site for the fort which gave its name to Mt. The aerial views are spectacular and the town of Puente Viesgo and its surroundings, the valley and the mountains of Pas, the people of NAs and Daughters and the massif of Dobra.

LA Bran yew FROM THE MONTE

Cicero's path Brana Quoits is one of the most spectacular mountain routes across the Cantabrian Mountains and the highest botanical interest, as precisely and as the name of the place of destination and shall, pass by all the native species of forest Biscay. Chestnut, oak, beech, rowan of hunters, ash, holly, birch, yew, will adorn our path as we go up, changing the species, concluding with a unique natural landscape, the Braña of Yew, perhaps the only place across the European continent in which many yew meet in the wild, many thousands of years. Also impressive viewing. We saved

900 m, starting from the beautiful Cicera, whose architecture has remained unchanged since its medieval origins, and the forest path Cordance, we will win the Summit Braña Quoits, to 1,415 meters after just over two hours of climbing. Some stretches of very steep, but with patience, we should not have any problem in crown.

The first installment of the old Chapel of Santa Cildo, very beautiful with hazel Cicera parallel to the stream, where there are secret places of trees and meadow. Once Cordance be crowned at 900 meters, pass by the shelter of pastors recently restored by the City Council Peñarrubia, to enter all strong in the Muron, and beech. Recreate an ancient ancestral mountain trail, used by man for many centuries, for livestock, for the production of charcoal, which left clear traces in the forest, mining of sphalerite, abandoning the mine entrances in the early twentieth century. It was also a place of passage and communication between Cicero and Lebeña because the Hermida Gorge did not exist. On this stretch of forest, as we have said is predominantly beech, although other species also accompany them, such as birch, yew, rowan, holly, etc., and especially from the 1,000 meters, there have been recent traces of existence grouse, the great cock Cantabrian close to extinction, and here probably find a suitable climate for life, for the northern face is very cold and wet.

After enjoying the magnificent Braña of Yew, continue along the road leading eastward Pasaneo leads to the hill (1344 m) at the foot of the Sierra de Peña Sagra, descend left into Peñarrubia by the path of the horses, going down the hill in front of us and the creek Traslaventa Sales Wolves right.
The track ends, passing between two cabins, a street that leads to Collado Carracedo. Proceed to the Mirador de Agua Seles, where you can Cicera see our final destination.

CICERA DOBRA-PICO-BUSTRIGUADO

Monte Dobra from the Pico del Castillo, Puente Viesgo.

The massif of accidental Dobra much of the town of Puente Viesgo, divided between several of their people. One is The Clips, whose territory reaches to the highest peak of the mountain, the Pico the capital (606 meters). The following suggests the ascent of Mount Dobra from this people, perhaps the most beautiful and certainly the most recommended for hikers.

We start from the loops, in particular from the junction next to the bar El Centro the edge of the road. We take the asphalt road that passes next to an old plane tree and crossing a brook puentuco on descending from the mountain. We went through the neighborhood

Riocarbos (Rucarbos) to come to a fork just before a new bridge. Now go right, climbing and following a straight track at a crossing, the neighborhood Ganceo, until a new crossing where we turn the left (you can also avoid Ganceo homes and their dogs, going right at the first intersection and facing in the second). In any case, the track ascends directly to the mountain, leaving the people definitely back. Somewhat later we will reach a new branch, in which the main track goes right, but we take the ramp on the left, which llanea to a lush valley.

This stretch is one of the most beautiful, with a variety of largely indigenous trees: chestnut, oak, ash, birch, holly, etc ... There are also some eucalyptus distinguished by their large size and numerous American oaks, forming a small forest of great beauty. After imposing the monotony of the eucalypts, which occupy most of the hillside with little interruption. Upon reaching a new branch climb to the right, ignoring deviations after two separate left and right side, and later reaching a trifurcation, we have to keep left, always between eucalyptus and gaining altitude, to complete the climb and flat for a while clearer terrain. Something

then refers to a track much more marked, rising from Vargas and gives access right to open a quarry in the upper Dobra few years ago. Now climb on this track, ignoring two separate deviations to the left (the second access to the quarry) and continuing for a secondary runway that goes up the west. This path starts about 450 meters and runs along the spine of the mountain, an area of pine trees to stand at the foot of rocky highlight the capital is the Pico or Pico Dobra (606). The latter increase can be convoluted, but it is not hard if you find the right path, which runs along the south side and only needs a little helping hand.

Another carved faces right at the bottom of the top in the side that faces Puente Viesgo
Erudine face of God, carved on the top of the capital

At the height of the capital is a cross and a trig point, the typical white marker placed by the National Geographic Institute. You can recognize two curious faces carved in the rocks of the summit, perhaps due to students in the School of Arts and Crafts of Torrelavega, in the early twentieth century frequented the Dobra under the leadership of Mayor Hermilio River. He was the one who discovered this place the famous altar dedicated to the god Cantabrian Erudine , one of the most important pieces de la epigrafía romana en Cantabria.

En la parte alta de la ruta podemos encontrar formaciones rocosas singulares, como esta en la que me encuentro subido en uno of my many trips to this peak, delighting with tremendous views, a unique vantage point where we can see the whole of Cantabria, All the circus south of Three Seas, to the right the great massif de Peña Sagra, of course to the Picos de Europa the west, north the immensity of the Cantabrian Sea to the beaches of Suances, the mouth of the River Pas, Liencres beaches, the town of Torrelavega, Santander and also the capital including the Palacio de la Magdalena on days with lighter Somo beaches and the E and SE Mount Candina, Lierganes peaks, Hornijo saw the Porracolina, the Mortillano and Valnera Castro thugs and the beautiful summit of the region Pas.

Another day out with my best mate mountain, my son, to see if little by little it takes passion and more often with me, here is waiting for his grandparents and Tito.

Mount Dobra, in addition to its landscape value, cultural value is undeniably part of it as the caves of Puente Viesgo, known worldwide for its cave paintings, and Castro of Lleras, Pico del Toro and Jarramaya also the "Cave of Sovilla" containing Paleolithic cave paintings and has the qualification of BIC (cultural interest). In eastern and central we find between caves torques and springs about 52 cavities. El Monte Dobra is like a big cheese of holes is not yet fully explored. If we inquire into the animal world we find a cave snail, acknowledged in a paper published in England in 1980, and a beetle (Iberotrechus bolivari) and a spider (Robertus cantabricus), which serve as bioindicators of system quality. In addition to its biological and cultural richness, this mountain has in its bowels the flow of water could supply the city of Santander. Its interior is full of traps for which the water flows without knowing its exact path and Pas although rivers are an important contribution Besaya water of Mt.

is a pity that in this mountain now operating ten quarries limestone extraction and two mining operations, destroying both the landscape and the resources that the forest contains, besides the undeniable cultural and historical value has this mountain from the Paleolithic.

Here we are in another ascent Dobra Sunday afternoon the whole family stayed for a short walk away leaving the car on the road leading up to the quarry from the Clips, immediately upstream of the in a small quarry site to the left, leave the car. From this point until the top you have a half hour, follow the gravel track, with pines to the right of way and newly planted eucalyptus trees to the left, not lost, it is appropriate to go for a walk with children, has no difficulty and the ride is comfortable and short.

The road up to the quarries in the foreground, Mount Carceña
and background behind the Rock Cabarga.
Behind the eucalyptus forest on the left is the Castle,
the small pyramid and the bottom with a little snow Valnera Castro.

Even as the last day of the year 2010 was good we made a quick exit to Mount Dobra, the capital climbed Pico Atabi with binoculars and enjoy a wonderful view, without a doubt one of the best viewpoints in Cantabria.

Road beginning at Bustriguado district, belonging to the people of Roiz.

In the village there is a sign indicating the route, which can start from the village of San Vicente del Monte.

The road is well signposted, and is a track for agricultural vehicles, which takes away some of its natural beauty.

At the end of the village where we will take a good track that continues straight.
will always follow the track that is clearer newly arranged with firm gray gravel and concrete water channel in the gutter. Ignore the different biases that can come out and continue up the steep ascent.
After a long flight, arrive at a crossroads where we will find three options to continue. Take the track up front. The firm is in worse condition. There are some steep ramps and then the road descends llanea and even a little in an area that stretches into the woods and tends to turn right as if he were returned to Bustriguado, we must continue always as wide and clear.
strong in this area is very uneven and muddy with lots of stones that cover some bumps. Lossless track ends on a farm with a stone cottage situated in a hollow to our right. We are behind the hill of the Moorish Castle or Castle Hiton (486m.) seen from Bustriguado.

To continue we go round the farm on your left along a path that enters later in a grove of hazelnut trees and shrubs,

After a few yards down a clear or brañas reach where we continue to the left flat to another clear much larger reach the front following a steep area where we dominate the skyline of the north coast.

We are in the area of the Mina de Liguori (330 m) a clear and open area with abundant pasture.
From here you can see left and bottom forest to the west the great tower of Florida antennas toward which we must lead.

in that direction is going before a stone hut in which we will. A little path marked at first, but wider and visible then we lead up to the west. The sign is uneven with sections of land and other rock. Soon

pass next to the stone hut (400 m.) we saw before in the distance.
The leaving your right after an oak.
continue up a slight hill where the road makes landing. Facing the distance is the big antenna on which there is a large trough-shaped braña found in the middle, right below us, a pine and a significant Bren limestone. On the left we see above the indigenous forest. We must turn diagonally left to climb even small way to guess at the edge of the forest and no loss will leave us at (650 m.) Repeater Florida. And staked in a barbed antenna is attached to the fence that surrounds the antenna, leaving the left green passage through a gate. After spending the hatch find the easy track to take us to Soplao.

The gravel trail is flat to start traveling around the high to the west with exceptional views of the entire western coast of Cantabria to the north. In the background the Sierra de Asturias Peñamellera, left the mountains of the Picos de Europe and left the Sierra de Peña Sagra. We went through the ruins of the old mining town of Florida and the track starts to descend gently until you reach a fork to the left where we found two signs for two separate tours. We take this path we go down to Boca (530 m) Soplao Cave, final destination on our route

Upon returning to the village of Bustriguado is interesting to see the waterfall Bustriguado natural river basin belonging to the Shield. The river descends by a curious rock formation called the Llasca of the Moors, a natural stone embankment cracks which wrongly suggest that this is an old building made by man. This scene is located in a heavily wooded area and wet.

YAKU Cartel ...

few days ago I received an email from a reader with information on this call. The race of Art and Design Business at the Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola is calling for the participation of designers from around the world at the Fourth International Poster Displays YAKU called (which means Water in Quechua).

The name of the exhibition seeks to raise awareness of what is currently happening in our world with this vital element. The human being must be able to become aware of our reality with each passing day become overwhelming statistics and what looked like a distant prophecy every year becomes a concern closer than we imagine.

Participation is free and no limit on the number of proposals to present. The registration deadline is June 4, 2010. I welcome the initiative to open the call to all designers in general.

An international jury will evaluate and select the 120 posters that will participate in an exhibition that will open on October 1, 2010 at the Centro Cultural Ricardo Palma, Raul Porras Barrenechea room of the municipality of Miraflores.

The poster is a graphic with a great communicative power. Unlike other Latin American countries (I've had the opportunity to witness the spread of the cartel in Mexico) in Peru does not have much culture cartel. So this call is a good opportunity for designers Peruvians.

So far no information on any website. However, they can write an e yakuposter@gmail.com for more information.
