We set a time limit for return to the cable car and thus not a surprise lead and keep us to stay to have dropped the last trip of the day. 2-report prior to the time the route will do, and be very attentive during the route you fog and clouds advancing towards us.

3-Bring the right equipment for the route we're going to do inadequate training clothes for the cold, and wear crampons, snowshoes and ice axes for walking and climbing safety channels.

From the upper station of cable car of Fuente Dé Cable or Balcony (1834m), take the track that goes north for about 15 minutes to the crossing, the Horcadina of Covarrobres.

Instead of taking the right path that leads to the refuge of Aliva, take the left track which leads towards the shelter Cabin Veronica and the Collado de Horcados Reds.

We

along Peña Forgotten (2406 m) to the right and left are Lloroza wells (small glacial lakes). We turn next to the Old Rock solid and after about 15 minutes of Covarrobres Horcadina we have another branch called the Vueltona.

An hour after we arrived at another fork Vueltota. To the left and the Red Horcados Cabaña Verónica refuge, right, where we are going to turn, the Collado de la Peña Gutters and Old.

Why Does A Scrotum Itch?

Coast Mining from Pobeña to Covaron

Today's walk is an ideal place to go with more kids and enjoy the sights and aroma of the sea of \u200b\u200bBiscay.
Pobeña The tour begins in a quiet town near Muskiz that becomes a hive during the summer, when people come to cool off in the nearby Beach Arena. The course is perfectly prepared and marked in the program Itsas-Lur. We started walking from the parking lot next to the bridge that allows passage to the beach. Here, next to a nursing home, we found a tile panel showing the entire route. After a short climb up stairs reach the old railway platform, recovered and cemented. The route, without possible loss, leads to the cliff hanging Kobaron.
Along the way discover ancient algae extraction mechanisms, mining ruins and spectacular views. Among all these places, highlights the mineral loading of Punta Castillo, in which an old rusty iron structure from the nineteenth century resisted the onslaught of Biscay and from the Tuesday March 11, 2008 was engulfed by the power of the sea .
Almost without realizing it, we Kobaron, a magnificent example of a mining town. Now route, again marked, ascends to the top of a hill to return to Pobeña between villages and fields, discovering another beautiful picture of the western valleys of Biscay. Silence is our only companion on the way back, which also offers spectacular views of the land where they melt Euskadi and Cantabria.

Qualo Numero Do Crak De Nero 3.1.0.25

2 nd official route AD Valles Pasiegos

Pomaluengo-Monte Dobra-Pomaluengo

Activity: Mountain Bike
Distance traveled: 23.14 miles Altitude
min: 42 meters, max: 569 meters
Cumulative Difference. up: 595 meters, downhill: 602 meters
Degree of difficulty: Under

The 2 official route starts from the headquarters of the Club in the Old City of Castro, this time we are six routers we participate Cali Sick, Nando, Chano, Miguel and FP, but the day was not very good for us to say, for something we'd dress is not it, whether that forward to route to the Monte Dobra. The route today is very simple and short journey by road with no complications at first up to the Clips, passing first through Villabañez, Vargas and then Mountain Road to the Clips, once here, in particular from the junction next to the bar "The Centre", the edge of the road. We take the asphalt road which runs along an old banana on the puentuco crossed a little stream that descends from the mountain. We went through the neighborhood Riocarbos
(Rucarbos) to come to a fork just before a new bridge. Now go right, climbing and following a straight track at a crossing, the neighborhood Ganceo, until a new crossing where we turn left (you can also avoid houses Ganceo and their dogs, going right at the first intersection and facing in the second).
In any case, the track ascends directly to the mountain, leaving the people definitely back. The track ascends without loss to the road that leads to the quarry in the highest and from this point without loss, there are several signs that indicate Pico the capital where again we take a track that leads to the summit.
After a while contemplating the views enjoyed from this vantage point that we were staying we stand cold rolling down this time and the same place we had gone up to a house located to the left of the road where a road would follow the right that leads to the town of Puente Viesgo and thence by the Via Verde to the town of Pomaluengo to the clubhouse where we started.

Chicken Temperment Isa Brown

Bouquet of apple on center of pastry filled with hazelnut paste

... all who believe in love .. Feliz San Valentin!

Simple dessert made of puff pastry, custard and apples lightly cooked and wrapped around themselves.

To do this we need the following:

Ingredients
  • puff pastry (fresh, frozen, or better home)
  • 2 custard apples egg
  • glass of water half a teaspoon of sugar

Development

Wash the apples, they removed the heart and cut into thin slices. We

the slices in a saucepan with half a glass of water and a tablespoon of sugar, let boil a few minutes. We'll be careful not to spend too much, because if not then we break when rolled.

Let them cool in a colander.
For this occasion I made the pastry cream and lemon Kanela, is done in five minutes and is delicious.
Meanwhile prepare pastry heart.

For this we have the rectangle of pastry on baking paper and mark a heart.

With the knife I cut and paste all the way around a strap of a cm in width, so that the oven is higher edges.

Brush the edge with beaten egg, prick the inside with a fork and bake in a preheated oven (200 degrees) until golden. Let cool completely.

Once we have all the ingredients cold, proceed to the assembly of the heart.
At the base of the sheet extend the pastry cream, smoothing the surface.

Roll the apple halves baked in a rose, overlapping the slices on top of each other, is simple, ...

can paint them with jam diluted in a little water, or to polish with gelatin .. that to our taste.

And we have our sweetheart !!!!!

"...
...
love, love love
love, love, love
there´s nothing you can do that can´t be done
nothing you can sing that can´t be sung
nothing you can say but you can learn how to play the game
it´s easy
nothing you can make that can´t be made
...
all you need is love, love
love is all you need

Homemade Shirts For Football Games

Fuckin 'perfect

Hi! Not long ago brought an inspiring song, and today I said why not? Lately I'm doing
fond P! nk, because their songs have an emotional strength that few others have seen. ^ ^ Thanks to MTV I saw a documentary about how hard it has been his life and the origin of some of their songs. I leave
Fuckin 'perfect with lyrics and translation, as always.
Warning: do not begin to judge the video from the first scene is a beautiful and entertaining music video (for my taste), and can make someone feel identified / a with a scene or even the song.
Enjoy:)

Polylactide Fibers For Pillows

MONTE Buciero

Today we did a little tour, in a great spot as is the Monte Buciero .
The City Council website Santoña can find a map with different routes,
perfectly indicated with mileage, slope and the approximate time of it, we decided to make the blue route, 5 km, 2h . approx and 206 m. of elevation to the Lighthouse of the horse with us today our little mountaineer but instead of continuing on the road to Fort del Mazo returned to the fort of St. Martin in the same way they ascended, I think any of the routes outlined are fantastic for promoting the sport of mountain without overwhelming the more kids with long walks.
The route starts on the stairs that ascend the Fort of San Martín, where we have a sign with the reviews of the various routes to make this fabulous place.

Soon we catch up, with stunning views over the bay of Santoña.

Playing with small and posing in a viewpoint that allows us to see the entire bay and Laredo Santoña Candina front mount.

Down the stairs leading to the lighthouse of the Horse.

ate a little caught a little bit of strength, and up the seven hundred-odd stairs.

A picture is worth a thousand words.

Back Santoña we stop to admire the stunning views with Mount Candina the background, still covered mist.
Baby's behaved like a champion and enjoy the road a lot.
and Colorín Colorado this story is over.
