I do not know if I told you on occasion that I love cheesecake, I usually do not very often that it ends up eating them myself, but occasionally I take a whim .
This is made of cheese do Cebreiro but could be perfectly with ricotta.
is a fresh cheese, soft and grainy made with cow's milk, all natural and preservatives or additives. Its production area includes thirteen municipalities in the district of Lugo .
Sold in units labeled with a numbered contraetiqueta refers to its status Protected Origin Denomination.
- cheese 300 grs do O Cebreiro
- 2 natural yogurt 2 scoops
- yoghurt
- sugar 2 parts flour yoghurt
- 2 measures milk yoghurt
- 2 measures cream yoghurt
- a little butter for mold
Development
can not be more simple ... mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor, until a homogeneous mass.
have the mixture in a greased pan and put it in the oven (preheated will to 180 ยบ) until top is golden brown and toothpick inserted comes out clean.
With these quantities is a cake fairly considerable , if you want more tiny enough to halve the ingredients.
It is a creamy cake and very very tasty.
The road to Santiago Galicia enters the village of O Cebreiro . The story is the story of the Camino de Santiago, and history of the road could not be understood without the existence of this beautiful Romanesque village .
